Cynthia is a former corporate career woman having worked for a number of blue chip companies including Microsoft, Merrill Lynch, Gemini Consulting, and Goldman Sachs. She holds a BA from the University of Chicago and a MBA from Stanford Business School.
Most recently, Cynthia co-founded two new entities: Habyts Ltd and ADDspark. She has 3 cool kids, a patient hubby, and an adorable dog that keep her grounded – and put up with her insatiable love of knowledge and news.
Andy is a seasoned serial entrepreneur. He studied as an engineer at Cambridge University, then worked for a strategy consultancy and later for high tech companies in California and the UK in the areas of digital video compression, interactive TV and internet services before starting out on his own.
He currently runs three successful companies in the UK (with terrific staff managing the day-to-day operations so that he can focus on Habyts!). Andy is an enthusiastic rugby coach and aging sportsman.
Nick is an experienced technical leader and manager who enjoys staying close to the hands-on development. After graduating from Cambridge he co-founded the Elixir Studios games development house. Nick’s thirst for learning took him to Barclays Capital where he moved from C++ development into team leading, then to Orbis Investment Advisory, where he added .net development to his arsenal.
Nick is a passionate technologist and loves to make a positive impact. As a father of two, he is excited about the positive impact the Habyts system will have for his and others’ families.
Andy is an experienced website developer, prior to Habyts he worked in a leading website & graphics design agency working for a variety of companies, ranging from small businesses to organisations such as Philips, Intuit & Dimension Data. When he’s not working on the Habyts website he is eagerly broadening his skills by helping to developing the Habyts app.
Outside of work Andy is a keen traveler, using every opportunity to see new parts of the world. When he’s not traveling or being a technology enthusiast he can be found keeping fit by running, skateboarding and mountain biking.
Customer Service Manager
Victoria is an experienced Customer Service Professional, with a customer facing career of over 16 years. Victoria (Vic) started in retail management, moving on to work for American outsourcing giant SITEL in various roles both in the UK and offshore, before working with Canadian Loyalty specialists Aimia.
Outside of work, Vic enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Tom is an experienced marketing manager with 15 years working in the advertising and PR industry. He started in graphic design but moved to marketing to focus on campaign and brand strategy.
Tom is passionate about brands, marketing, and good design. He is helping to shape the Habyts brand and exploring new ways of engaging Habyts customers with interesting and useful content.
Outside of Habyts, he enjoys hiking, photography, reading, and tinkering with custom PC builds.
I am a passionate growth hacker with twenty-four years’ of experience in software innovation, technical management, product marketing, and business development.
The essence of his my is the continuous process of Insight, Innovation and Impact on growth. I thrive on solving complex business problems by means of powerful solutions within the technology space and have successfully released over 140 products over the course of my career. In my spare time, I love to growth hack life.

Kerry is an experienced security operative, with a specialty in screening postmen and delivery drivers. She is also in charge of staff entertainment and morale.

After a variety of marketing and technology roles with large plc’s Andy found his passion innovating world leading technology for high growth companies. He recently completed five years with Trend Micro as Chief Technology Officer for EMEA. Andy joined Trend Micro through its acquisition of Identum, where he served as CEO and CTO, responsible for developing the company’s pairing based cryptographic technology as well as its desktop and gateway email encryption products.
On joining Trend Micro, Andy worked initially to integrate the Identum technologies and then to concept and develop Trend Micro’s flagship cloud encryption solution – SecureCloud. As EMEA CTO, Andy split his time between customers, partners, and media work also running the UK Sales and Marketing P&L. Earlier in his career, Andy worked with British Gas and WHSmith, before founding and successfully exiting a series of technology companies in eCommerce, Content Management and Mobile.
Dr Edward Hallowell
Dr Edward (Ned) Hallowell is a child and adult psychiatrist, a NY Times bestselling author, a world-renowned speaker and a leading authority in the field of ADHD. was a faculty member at Harvard Medical School from 1983 to 2004, graduated from Harvard College and Tulane School of Medicine, and is the founder of The Hallowell Centers for Cognitive and Emotional Health in Sudbury, MA, New York City and San Francisco.
Having authored over 20 books on psychological topics, Dr. Hallowell is one of the world’s foremost authorities on the topic of ADHD, and is globally recognized for his strength-based philosophy. He has been featured on numerous media outlets such as 20/20, 60 Minutes, Oprah, CNN, The Today Show, Dateline, Good Morning America and many others.
